Pain-killers.

Mefenamic acid belongs to the class of medications called nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDs). It is used to relieve moderately severe pain, such as muscular aches and pains, menstrual cramps, headaches, and dental pain.

Mefenamic acid relieves pain and inflammation as long as it is being taken, however it does not correct the cause of the pain.

Voltaren

Diclofenac is used to treat pain, inflammatory disorders, and dysmenorrhea.

MacGel

It is somewhat weird to meet the first doctor and he prescribed me with Mefenamic Acid and MacGel almost immediately. Then I went to IIUM Gombak and learnt that the second doctor also thought that my chest pain was caused by gastric.

So I am officially in medicine for this week.

I have to eat, and eat, and eat. Small portions but constantly.

The pain is still there but, anyway, if the diagnose is wrong, I'll be off to PPUM.

Tips Kewangan Houseman - Langkah Kedua.

BismiLLAHirrahmanirrahim. Assalamualaikum w.b.t. Part two here we go~ Balance from previous post: RM4550. Some people call it commitment, some call it expenses, I call it responsibility. The second step in managing finance is:  1. Responsibility to yourself. You have to put aside a portion of your income for self suste nance.  1. A roof over your head = rental/own house/room . 2. Bills = electric, water, sewer. My husband rented a room when he started his housemanship, the rent was RM300 . The house was occupied by other renters but I wanted him to pay the bills first; then collect the amount needed from each renter. When you know your bills, you know if something went wrong so you can adjust your usage. Rarely the water and sewer bills fluctuates but electric bills depends on weather, electrical appliances and multiple factors.
